The new freaky Costco soda machines: Now with more fail!
I was freaked out by the soda machines at Costco. They make a "chunk
chunk" sound and the soda looked all wired. I thought it was broken
but I figured out it was a new type of soda fountain. I still didn't
like it. Today I saw his sign they added. Looks like I wasn't the only
one who thought it was broken. Right before I took this picture I saw
a little girl telling her younger sibling the machine didn't work. I
explained it was new but I guess sometimes newer isn't better
sometimes it's just freaky. I deleted the photo on my email on my
iPhone and I can't copy and paste so look for the photo in another post.

marketside is a fresh&easy rip-off owned by walmart.
better word. The other week we saw a new market looked like a
fresh&easy rip off. It was called marketside and when I first saw it I
said I was probably owned by Wal-mart. She got a marketside flier
today and showed it to me. I decided to wikipedia of and it turns out
it IS owned by Wal-mart. First off let mr say that Wal-mart is the
devil. Turns out the first 4 stores are all right here near Mesa, AZ.
Leave it up to Wal-mart to rip off an idea like this. I think it shows
how well fresh&easy is doing. I personally hope marketside fails. It
reminds me of Microsoft ripping the Mac off by making Windows. Boo Wal-
mart! Yay fresh&easy. And if you are reading this take my advise and
boycott marketside and Wal-mart and go to fresh&easy instead.

TBC is dead. Long live TBC
So after April and I played Lich King yesterday we are feeling kinds
crappy about it. After westling with our feelings and the emotional
roller coaster I decided to download the stages I grief. After looking
over them I can say that I think we are experiencing the loss of The
Burning Crusade. It is for all intents and purpose dead. What we need
to learn how to do is move on to acceptance. We news to accept that
the game we gave been playing for nearly be last two years is gone.
Where we were once gods we are starting all over again as scrubs.

Meeting Christopher Judge (or How I Learned I Had a Man Crush)
I've gotten to meet quite a few cool people while working on Stargate Worlds but nothing like what happened today.
So I'm sitting in the "Design Lounge" (our office) and there is a knock on the door. "Come in. Come in!" we say. The door opens and there is Christopher Judge just standing in the hallway looking into our office. Now that isn't something that you see everyday. well we say hi and shake hands and we tell him "Welcome to Paradise" and I tell him we have coloring books! and 64 pack of crayons. I say that once someone stopped by and told me of a study that said the smells that calmed people down and made them feel comfortable and that the smell of crayons had that effect on people. Supposedly it takes you back to a time when they were younger and things were simpler. Well, Chris (can i call him Chris?) misunderstood me and asked
"Crown? As in Crown Royal?" I said
"Crayons. But I'm sure Crown makes some people feel comfortable." to which he laughed and said something to the effect of:
"More than you know."
After he left I IM'd my wife... well i'll just cut and paste the IM conversation.
So yeah. I wouldn't have thought I was the type to get embarrassed and feel like a blushing teenage girl (no offense to blushing teenage girls) when meeting a star like Christopher Judge but apparently I totally am.

moooving guilds
so tork moved to a new guild the other day. so far he is liking it. we did black temple last night and got the first boss to 38 percent. that was pretty cool. It was the first time the guild had gone into black temple. it was exciting to be there on a first attempt.
afterward i built tork a bit of stam gear to help him get over 8500 unbuffed hp. the boss does n attack that hits the whole raid for 8500.
today we ran heroic UB on my tank jovey. I did some BGs and also I healed a kara on Tork up to curator but them it got too late. :)

you think you know...stuff
times in life you think you know stuff. you think you've got things figures out. well othertimes in life you realize that you didn't know much and you still don't. They say hindsight is 20/20. well of course someday you;ll look back on today and realize you didn't know much today. but we act like we know something. i suppose we do know somethings. at least er feign to know. that is our great defense isn't it. to act on what we think we know. do things based on how we know things at the time. hindsight may be 20/20 but i wonder how useful it is really. what's the use of seeing clearly if its already past. time to get a prescription for some foresight.
